EVC Property Management Ltd was founded in 2019 to provide property management services also known as block management to Kent and the South East.

We specialise in all types of property management including Block Management, Residential Property Management, Commercial Property Management and Commercial Service Charge Management.

Property Management

A property manager can be an individual or a firm who may look after a single property or a group of properties on behalf of someone, usually a landlord or, in the case of a block of flats, a management company.

Activities associated with the management of a block of flats are referred to as block management.

What does a property manager do? Overall responsibilities include providing services to leaseholders and tenants, collecting monies including service charges and rents, insurance of the building, health and safety and general maintenance.

We can also provide advice on Commercial Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews.

Emma has worked in property management for the last 20 years. She has a degree in estate management which is approved by the RICS.

The company is regulated by the RICS and Emma is also an associate member of the RICS.

Emma is a member of the IRPM – The Institute of Residential Property Managers and a member of ARLA  Propertymark.

It is important to us that you can contact us and talk to us about your property issue. We will endeavour to promote best practice whilst listening to you and taking a pragmatic approach.

Best practice requires services to be procured on an appropriate value for money basis and competitive quotes will be obtained. All service costs will be transparent, but just as important is communication and we believe that communication with leaseholders, owners, tenants, contractors, professional advisors etc should be regular and this will promote good working relationships.
